Joel Blanchard (Trevor Harris) is sick and tired of his buddy Corey Porter (Evan Knoxx) being boring as hell now that he has a long-term boyfriend. Joel suggests to Corey that they play an old game of ‘Who Can Get the Guy?’ with his eyes on their shared boss Luca Krueger (Jayden Marcos). A little game turns into a big betrayal in Organ Donor: Envious Heart. After receiving a heart transplant, Preston Gale (Levi Rhodes) is having some feelings he’s never felt before. Preston is desperate to understand where these desires are coming from and attempts to speak to the transplant therapist, Dr. Bowler, about the person he received his new heart from. Dr. Bowler can’t share the information, but that doesn’t mean Preston can’t sneak a peek at his file. Once he has the contacts for the donor’s family, Preston reaches out to the donor’s brother Jesse Blanchard (Kyle Connors) and sets up a meeting with him and Jesse’s best friend, AJ Frazier (Hoss Kado) to learn more about the donor. Ty (Casey Everett) and Joe (Brian Bonds) are construction workers who need their latest project to pass inspection. When Andre (Deep Dic) arrives on site, Ty and Joe offer to do whatever it takes to get their work approved.
